How not to irritate your customers/prospects

Hello there! It's been a while since I posted anything.

I was trying to get a new standard chartered credit card due to their "no surcharge on fuel at any outlet" policy and 5x rewards points for 3 chosen categories options. Imagine my frustration when it was not even possible to get in touch with them in a productive manner! See screenshot below.

Internet presence for a lot of companies needs to improve tremendously for them to make significant and satisfying impact.
