How to decrypt my encrypted data when I'm not around

Something I've been pondering about for a long time now - how to pass on my data decryption keys when I'm not going to be around anymore?

The article below captures this dilemma of mine neatly, although I don't have some of the rigid "constraints" expressed in there, nor some of those "options" as well.
