Outgoing calls on my mobile have been disabled due to some billing confusion. If I call any number, I get the following message (or almost)
"The outgoing call facility is currently not available on your number. For assistance, please call Airtel Customer Care number 121"
Now, if I call 121, I still get the same message as above !! How the heck am I supposed to get in touch with them via my mobile ?! :)
FWIW, I did call them from a landline to clarify the confusion, but it sure beats me how they could wonderfully manage to get me into the above situation ! :)
