Wonderful response from a company in protecting its customers ...

Microsoft attempts to shutdown MacSlash.

digital.forest (DF) operates the colocated server MacSlash. DF has no access to those machines. A longhorn license got posted in comments on some article in MacSlash. The comment was rated the lowest by the system. Microsoft sent a threatening letter to DF. DF replied asking Microsoft to take a hike or ask the actual owners in a decent manner.

I love such companies that can take a stance for their customers against behemoths such as Microsoft.

The whole story is written here.
