MMS case: Media comes in for criticism

With all due consideration, there's legality and there are other things. Just the fact that they "boy" is 17 years old is now entitling him to a lot of soft corner, especially after getting into what he did ! Sometime, law sure seems weird to me.

The Delhi Juvenile Justice Board principal magistrate said the media is not being 'sensitive', but attempting to 'sensationalise' the issue.


The court also ordered the scribes to neither name the boy, who has been arrested, nor his school while reporting the matter.
