Finding ways to express your own freedom without infringing on others' rights is one of the trickiest aspects of publishing -- and that's what anyone who blogs is doing. Everyone who does it should have a copy of Jon Hart's book about internet law handy.
BTW, this probably doesn't apply directly to the Indian context that I was searching for. However, the Indian judiciary is right now looking at examples from US, UK and other "developed" countries in this regard. Hence this might be useful.
And, I'll shortly post my findings regarding cyber law interpretation, at least in the context of questions that I had asked.
