Wheels of Hope Get Indian Villagers on Internet

For many poor Indian farmers, hope for a better life arrives on a bicycle rickshaw that carries a computer with a high-speed, wireless Internet connection. The "Infothela" program brings Internet access and computer instructors to India's villages, where most of the country's 1.06 billion people live.
